g555 Terms and Conditions

1 General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and g555 ("g555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the g555 online gaming and sports betting platform available at g555.ml, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services offered on the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any feature of the g555 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification, and unverified withdrawal requests will not be processed.

3 Your Account

Each player is entitled to hold one account on g555. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. g555 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. g555 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure . If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact g555 support immediately.

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure. g555 may require you to re-verify your details at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal.

Your account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any funds held within it to any other person. g555 accounts are non-transferable.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on g555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at g555's discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment channel. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. g555 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used and any verification requirements that apply to your account at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your account, or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• g555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• g555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Sports Betting Rules

The g555 sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC events), Football, Esports and a range of other sports. Betting markets, odds, and available match types are subject to change and availability at any given time.

All bets placed on g555 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
• g555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started or concluded at the time of placement, or where odds were published in error.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the live betting rules applicable to each sport and market. Live odds change rapidly and it is the player's responsibility to confirm odds before submitting a bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market.
• Where a result is disputed or under official review, g555 may delay settlement until the outcome is confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• g555 reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict access to certain markets, or decline a bet from any player at its sole discretion.

Bets that are found to have been placed as part of a match-fixing scheme, or that exploit pricing errors in the odds, will be voided. g555 cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and takes a firm stance against any activity that undermines the integrity of sport.

7 Casino and Games

g555 offers a range of Casino products including Slots, Live Casino tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and game show formats), Fish Games, and Bingo. All Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are random and not influenced by previous results or any external factors.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by g555's systems.

8 Player Conduct

• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, g555 reserves the right to suspend or close the account, void all associated bets and transactions, and withhold any balance pending investigation. In cases involving criminal activity, g555 may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

9 Privacy

g555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on g555, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

g555 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations. • Detection of a duplicate account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance within the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at g555's discretion depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting g555 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform support so that appropriate tools can be applied.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits g555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. g555's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

g555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, g555 will notify players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered account. The updated Terms will show the date on which they were last revised at the top of this page.
